Our Story
Angel Hair Braids opened its doors in Beverly Hills in April 1980 — a time when few salons offered the precision and artistry of African braiding at this level of care. Founder Priscilla has spent over four decades mastering, refining, and elevating braiding into an intimate, personalized craft.
Every client receives a bespoke experience. No two heads of hair are the same, and no two styles should be either.

Braid Care
Apply a light oil or braid spray to your scalp and braids every day. Dry braids are prone to frizz and breakage — consistent moisture is the foundation of braid longevity.
Always sleep with a satin or silk bonnet or on a satin pillowcase. Cotton draws moisture from your braids and creates friction that causes frizz and premature loosening.
Use a diluted sulfate-free shampoo or braid cleanser every two to three weeks. Focus on the scalp, rinse thoroughly, and air dry completely before styling or sleeping.
Call or email to schedule your private consultation. First-time appointments require a $50 nonrefundable deposit.
